We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the voice of our company. This role is critical to our success — you will answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, support customers, and help keep daily operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities
• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
• Schedule service calls and manage the daily dispatch board
• Communicate clearly with technicians and customers
• Provide basic estimates and explain services to customers
• Handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM
• Process payments and invoices
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Support office operations as needed
Qualifications
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional phone etiquette
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and CRM systems
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and punctual
• Previous customer service or office experience preferred
