Apprentice Plumber – Learn the Trade

Location: Idaho Falls, ID
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay: Hourly (based on experience) + raises as skills increase

Position Summary

We are looking for a hardworking and dependable Apprentice Plumber who wants to build a long-term career in the plumbing trade. This is a hands-on position where you will work directly under experienced plumbers to learn the skills needed to become a licensed Journeyman.

Responsibilities

‍
    •    Assist journeyman plumbers with service and installation work
    •    Learn how to diagnose plumbing issues
    •    Carry tools, materials, and maintain organized job sites
    •    Cut, measure, and install piping (PEX, copper, PVC, etc.)
    •    Help with water heater installations and repairs
    •    Maintain cleanliness and safety on job sites
    •    Load and unload tools and materials
    •    Follow company procedures and safety standards
    •    Show up on time and ready to work

Qualifications

    •    High school diploma or GED preferred
    •    Strong work ethic and positive attitude
    •    Willingness to learn and take direction
    •    Dependable transportation and valid driver’s license
    •    Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in tight spaces
    •    Mechanical aptitude is a plus, not required
